Writing About Cryptocurrencies — But Still Standing Out

in #challenge30days6 years ago

Today is day 14 of the #challenge30days writing challenge by @dragosroua! I encourage you to join in by reading today’s post. I have not been writing every day for this challenge, as I want to write about other things (involving my favorite writing topic), but today interested me. Here we go!

My Favorite Writing Topic

You can probably already tell just by looking at my profile page and posts that my favorite topic is cryptocurrencies. But I have a specific field in the topic of cryptocurrencies. While writing about news, ICOs, and analyses is fun, it is not my main focus now on Steem.

I used to spend most of my time writing about the aforementioned topics, but I have discovered that I enjoy the technology much more than just price and news. Recently I have been trying to design and write about the space as a whole, investigating on the future of governance, oracles, smart contracts, and most recently, transaction fees.

Why?

It’s simple: I just feel that the options for transforming our world with cryptocurrency are near limitless, and are amazing to explore. It also sets me apart from others on Steem, as many cryptocurrency writers just focus on news, ICOs, and other similar things. I also love to explore the options for engineering systems of value, and sharing them with my followers.
