About the "General Discussion" on ChainBB

This is just my opinion and my criticism and some questions/suggestions about the site based on facts.

Looks like the "General Discussion" means "Spamming" in "ChainBB language", because it's full of spam-like/stolen/unoriginal posts, like Tom and Jerry videos, music video clips and movie trailers.

I like the basic idea of ChainBB very much, because the site helps giving more visibility to our posts, but I think that these posts are ruining the community.
These kind of posts could be also found under other sections on the forum, but they can mostly found under the "General Discussion" section.
Most of the comments are also spams.
Almost no real discussions on the forum. Real discussions are rare.

The most common thing:

Someone post something and receive comments like "I upvote you, please upvote me" or "I follow you, please follow me back". Or simply just "Nice post".
I have to "hunt" to find great, quality, original posts.
When I post something, people often write these comments under my post and sometimes even upvote their own comment with $1 or more, while completely ignoring my post and the potential payout on my post is less than $0.10.
I don't want to focus on money, but sometimes these spammers are earning more money than me.
There are a lot of spammer, selfish and ignorant people on the site.

Most of the sentences are also apply to Steemit, that's why I used "steemit" in the tags, but I am mainly speaking about the ChainBB forum.

I think we need a change on the forum and on Steemit as well.

Because the current behaviour of a lot of users are brings no good in the long run.
I think that these spammers can really bring down the value of Steem/Steem Dollars in the long run.
There are no real value behind a stolen music video clip or music trailer. Or even behind a spam comment.

If most of the people only care about themselves, then this is not a social media platform.

Can we build a real community?

I mean real discussions, real (relevant, engaging) comments, real community.
A real community, where the people really (actually) cares about each other and each other's content (posts and comments)? (Not just pretend to care.)
A real community, where people really talk to each other, because they are really interested in the topic and/or the other persons.
Is it possible?

I set the reward method to "100% Steem Power" (Power Up 100%) on this post, because I believe in ChainBB and Steemit!
