Only then can you take the necessary measures to save it before it is too late.

You've had a bad performance in recent reports
Reports are good even when they write badly for you, as they give you the chance for improvement. There you can see where the job is to fix mistakes or weaknesses.

When you miss out on some things

This is a bad sign. Maybe you have more time to run away because you have fewer tasks to do. This would make life very difficult.
