¡Hola Stemians!

Hello Steemians! Here again with one more photo.

There are times when I find the voracity of our governments incredible. Always trying to take advantage of any thing or any place that we allow them.

One of the most important issues that exist today is, from my humble point of view, the use we make of public spaces < b> as a society.

We should be free to carry out almost any activity on public roads as long as it does not affect third parties, but instead, our governments are only interested in achieving profits, even from the space we occupy.

This is the case of the parking meters that for some years have begun to be placed in many of the cities of the world, and that in many cases, are government concessions to private companies.

"Do you need to occupy a space in my city? No problem, it will cost you so much ..."

Fortunately there are people who are willing to put up resistance and decide to take action on the matter. Like the residents of the city of Pachuca, who are against parking placements in the city and have dedicated to remove or disable each one of these devices.

Hopefully soon many more cities will be concerned about this type of issues.

In your cities, is there some kind of similar mechanism? Are they operated by individuals or directly by the government?

Hope you like it and till next time.

Oh yes, parking lots are managed by a Holding and you can comfortably pay, as well as at the parking meter column, via iOS or Android app... LOL! ;)

Does entropy always increase? ;)

What a cool shot and yes Paid parking seems to be springing up everywhere where it used to be free, they governments and corporations are always looking to take as much of our hard work and earnings away from us

Pretty sad, right?

Thanks for comment.

Well in our case they call it job creation my friend.
They put out a tender to a friend's company to have people running around with electronic meters and they charge you wherever you stop.
Then they split the income with the service provider.
So sad!

Well at least there is still some people involved... And still they are offering some work... But with this automated systems it a whole different story.

Either way is still wrong. Thanks for the visit.
