Dear friends! 

Let me explain you a bit about one big habit we catalans have as soon as autumn arrives. We call it "Caçar bolets!", which literally means "mushroom hunting!" :)

Yes, we love mushrooms! And there is a big culture here around that. So this weekend, I went with my family and my beloved @chicosonico and my puppy Shiva, to initiate the mushroom hunting season!

The basic kit you need:

• a wicker basket
• a knife

...and loads of enthusiasm and patience! 

Since it's the very beginning of the season, we were not very lucky. We found few "rovellons", "fredolics", "llanegues blanques", "cames de perdiu" and few other with less culinary interest.

Hola amigos!

Como muchos sabréis, una de las cosas que más nos gusta hacer a los catalanes es ir a buscar setas, o como llamamos por aquí, a "caçar bolets!", o sea, a cazarlos! 

Nos encantan las setas! Y tenemos una gran cultura alrededor de las setas. Así que este fin de semana, fui con mi familia, mi querido @chicosonico y mi perrita Shiva, a iniciar la temporada de Setas!!!

El kit básico que necesitas:

• una canasta de mimbre
• una navaja

... y un montón de entusiasmo y paciencia!

Ya que es el comienzo de la temporada, no tuvimos mucha suerte. Encontramos pocos "rovellons", "fredolics", "llanegues blanques", "cames de perdiu" y pocos otros con menos interés culinario.

Espero que hayáis disfrutado de las fotos! Nosotros disfrutamos de una buena cena esta noche! :)
