Good Morning that is very true but I have learned a lot of good tips out of this motivational book of mine.
May there be people who will try and follow my advise and can do them no harm.
In my profession it is very hard and the competition is stiff out here, there are a lot of Estate Agents around, so we have to learn new ways.
