Over the years most of us have managed to build this protective covering that is meant to prevent from too much damage to our self-esteem.
Kind of battle gear for use while in society.
Now it happens that while wearing too much armour you cannot move as fast as you would like to and therefore get stuck into one place, being the slave to your armour.
So it's always better to keep your armour light as possible and as strong as necessary...always being able to take it off in time.
