Navigating the Awkward Age

Today, a sudden wave of sentiment welled up inside me. I am at an awkward age. If you say I am young, I am no longer in my early twenties with that green and fearless vigor. If you say I am old, I am far from being at an age where I can enjoy my later years in peace.

At this age, career-wise, I seem to be in a so-so stage. Watching those young and energetic newcomers constantly pouring into the workplace, bringing with them full passion and innovative thinking, there is inevitably a hint of pressure in my heart. And those predecessors who have already achieved great success make me feel that I still have a long way to go.
In life, there are also various entanglements. Some of my friends have already entered the marriage hall and have their own families and children, while I am still thinking about my future direction. Wanting to pursue my dream, yet worrying about missing some important nodes in life.
At this awkward age, I often feel lost and confused. But I also know that this is a stage in life that must be faced bravely. I have to try to find my own direction and move forward firmly, making this awkward age an opportunity for growth.
