Here, you have to live a life of confinement, and you never have the opportunity to go out.
Sometimes I go out to spend some time with my children. Besides, there is no other way; I have to be busy inside the house all the time. Sometimes, when I get a chance, I go to the roof and take a walk and get some cool air from nature. I am so busy all day with my children, especially girls; there is education, coaching, and everything. Moreover, I have to be even busier with my little baby. You can definitely understand the moment I shared with you today, a moment between green nature and blue sky.
We have to do a lot for mental health. People do not get peace of mind just by eating good food from inside the prasad. People can get peace of mind in various ways. If we want to get peace, we can get it even for 5 taka. Again, if we do not get peace of mind, even a crore of taka will not get it. I went to the roof in the late afternoon to spend some time, my mind was very restless, so I went up to the roof. You can understand that going there is a very beautiful environment. I especially like their beautiful garden and the beautiful environment around it, the view of the blue sky, everything combined.
When I went to the roof, the view of the sky was great. I especially like the sky during the rainy season. If the cloudy sky shows the sun, it looks very beautiful. And there is a lot of wind on the roof, I really want to sit. And because there is a swing, the time can be spent very beautifully. And what else can I say about the roof garden, the environment arranged in such a beautiful row is great.
If there are flowers here, then there is nothing more to say. It was very nice to see such a beautiful view of flowers. Besides, there are different types of plants there. I was walking around and looking around. Because the roof environment is very clean, it is an environment to spend time here. I was looking around and taking some photographs. The colorful flowers there are very beautiful to see. And you can see that the most beneficial of the green plants is the basil leaf plant. There are many other types of medicinal plants.
I actually can't stay on the roof for long because I have a small child and have to come early for him. That's why I was sitting there for a while, and I was thinking that I would come back after staying for a while. Since the roof environment is cold and it gets dark in the evening, it should not be in such an environment. So I prepared to come. But I always try to see such scenes because I like green natural environments.
