The nutrients present in them are very beneficial for our health.Okra is a long, soft green vegetable that contains small seeds. It is eaten cooked. It becomes sticky when cooked, which helps thicken the curry broth. Okra is eaten with great enthusiasm in Pakistan. It is a favorite vegetable of children. It is fried and cooked and also made into fillings. The presence of vitamins in it helps in reducing cholesterol.

The vitamins and antioxidants present in it are very beneficial for children and the elderly. They also improve mental health.
