The shop that I have chosen to share with you today is "Subarna Decorator". It is basically a decorator's shop. It is located in Naohata Bazar under Jamgram Union of Patgram Upazila of Lalmonirhat district. If you want to come here, you have to come from Hatibandha by renting 20 taka per person to Barakhata and then from Barakhata by renting 10 taka per person to Naohata Bazar or you can rent 20 taka from Patgram to Baura Bazar and from Baura Bazar to Naohata Bazar by renting 10 taka per person and when you come to Naohata Bazar, their big banner and huge decoration will attract your attention.
The service of the shop is very great and they work with a very wide range of things. They mainly do decoration work, i.e. lighting work, stage decoration work, sound system work, pandal decoration work for birthdays, weddings, houses, Aqeeqah ceremonies or meetings, seminars or mahfils. They do all this or rent it. Meaning, if you want, you can rent things from them and arrange them yourself or if you want, if you order them, they will come and arrange them themselves, in which case they will charge extra.
Its facilities are very extensive. Here you can rent things at the lowest price in the market. Their service charges are very low. In that case, you can take their service to your home or to your meeting seminar at a very low cost from other places. That is, wherever you need it.
There is nothing in the world of decoration that they do not have. They do not only have the traditional things of decoration, but also the most modern things like lighting and sound systems. All in all, it is a great shop and their service is very satisfactory. There were a total of eight employees in the shop, their responsibilities were different, for example, someone's responsibility was to talk to the customers, another responsibility was to explain the goods correctly, someone's responsibility was to explain the goods correctly to the people, someone's responsibility was to go to the houses and do the decoration work they had. In a word, no one sat around, everyone had their own work and they were completing their respective tasks very diligently and with great experience, which gave their shop more recognition that they could do everything on time and they could complete any work without any chaos or hassle.
The shop owner was very sincere and very professional. I talked to him and found out that he has been here for the last five years and has been doing a great job. He told me that he used to do this business in Dhaka, but during the lockdown in 2020 due to COVID-19, his business market decreased a lot and due to his life's urge and to do something good in his area, he left the illusion there and moved to his village and has been providing great service since then. I learned from him that he has been doing this business in Dhaka for a total of nine years. So, he has not only things but also a great experience, which he is constantly using to do better work.
My experience with the store was very good. If I had to rate this store, I would give it a 9.5 out of 10 because I like the store very much. All the digital things were here and organizing current events is unimaginable without them. However, the reason for giving it a lower rating is that its space is a little small. He told me that there is no space available here.
If he could find it, he could make his store much bigger. So if he had made the things he has bigger, the space would have been better, he could have managed his business better, and we would have also received good service from him. But what he has is not bad.
There are many better things available in his store than in many other stores. Things are available at much lower prices. So overall, my experience was very good.
