Rice pumpkin is a vegetable that is well known to all of us. It belongs to the gourd family. Rice pumpkin is found everywhere in our country. Rice pumpkin is oblong in shape. Although the outer skin of rice pumpkin is green, the inner part is white and soft. Rice pumpkin is usually used in cooking stir-fries, curries, stews or pulses. Since it has a mild taste, it can be easily mixed with other spices to make delicious dishes. Rice pumpkin contains a lot of water. Which helps to keep our body cool. In addition, rice pumpkin contains a lot of nutrients.

It usually contains vitamins, minerals and fiber. Which are helpful in digestion and are very beneficial for health. In rural areas, various traditional dishes are cooked with rice pumpkin. For example, curry is made by mixing it with pumpkin pills or dried fish. It is an easily available and very nutritious vegetable, which occupies an important place in people's daily diet.
