If you ask me they have nothing common with happens in many families. Listening is not the same as hearing, same for understanding what is said. Many feel neglected, not heard, not appreciated and understood. If that happens it is hard to talk, which is something you also have learn. If that doesn't run into family it is a lost case at forehand.
