You are invited/Estás invitado
Regarding this phrase, I will talk about the "last invitation I received, it was the birthday of one of the children of Mrs. Edilma, one of the neighbors in the gated community where I live."
Con respecto a esta frase, hablaré de la última invitación que recibí: Era el cumpleaños de uno de los hijos de la señora Edilma, una vecina de urbanización cerrada donde vivo.
This invitation was a few months ago. I remember arriving at the house, giving the child the gift, and sitting down to drink a Coca-Cola they had given me. I watched the children, listened to the music, and the reggaeton started to bore me.
Esta invitación fue hace unos meses. Recuerdo llegar a la casa, darle el regalo al niño y sentarme a tomar una Coca-Cola que me habían dado. Observaba a los niños, escuchaba la música y el reggaeton empezó a aburrirme.
The children were dancing in a strange way, to say the least, just like those people with raging hormones, hahaha, and they're just children, I thought. I looked for Mrs. Edilma, told her I was tired, and left. If I get another similar invitation, my answer will be NO.
Los niños bailaban de una forma extraña, por decirlo suavemente, como esos que están con las hormonas a flor de piel jajaja, y solo son niños, pensé. Busqué a la señora Edilma, le dije que estaba cansado y me fui. Si recibo otra invitación similar, mi respuesta será NO.

Ah, yes I remember that party. It was the time that you lied to the host.
🤭
Yes, you did, but I guess she could reas your face.
You imagine telling my friend: "I'm leaving because those boys are dancing in a really vulgar way and it makes me sad to see such young children behaving like that, thank goodness I won't be a father," I can just imagine my friend's face hahaha, better to say something and get out of there
It sounds like a good answer. You should add: Why do you allow this, sorry, but I don't feel like watching this.
It was better to do what I did: say I was tired and leave.
You mean it dod avoid a fight. 😉
hahaha,In fact, I haven't been back to that house, and I don't want to be invited back.
Sofia's comment: It's sad to see how children grow up with this kind of music. The children dance in a vulgar way, and I mean vulgar.
I let her reply because I saw she was a little angry. In my family, there are several children and my mother plays children's music. If they like it, they can stay; if not, they can leave. That's what my mother says, hahaha.
I didn't want to say the word, thank you Sofia, I don't like seeing children dancing like that.
