Up and down || Prompt

Up and down is a perfect description of my day, I totally went up and down.
It was not like I had no objective, there was so much to do, hence the up and down.
My boss also added to my going up and down.
Just so you know, the up and down I am referring to is the moving from here to there and then here again, being over the place.
I use to think those going up and down, here and there are jobless, maybe they are passing time, but now I know better.
There are those that go here and there for a good reason.
