I am surprise when I hear people say they have mood swings.
I try to really understand what they are getting at.
The fact that they let their emotions get the better of them.
Your mood should be controlled, if not it will get the better of you.
People make mistake because of their mood.
Some are hasty in making a wrong decision because of their mood.
Being stable is good.
You should learn to be stable inspite of the mood you are in.
Being able to control your mood is a sign of maturity.
You cannot guarantee your mood at all times, people will always want to get the better of you when they see a flaw with your emotions.
Showing maturity inspite of the situation on ground will really help you go a long way.
