Watch the whole video. You can do a basic disk reset, which on Windows I do once a month. For me, the frustration was mixed due to the summer heat as well as recent Windows updates. There are some bugs in the recent updates. You have a surface which is completely a windows device, no.
Yes, it's a Window device. I wasn't able to update it for a while and then after restarting and all it was finally updated but I couldn't even watch Netflix on it without issue. I will have to watch the video many times because I'm bad with technical stuff like this
