Catering to some friends

My son has special needs and works for a welder 3 hours a week.
I help my son at work. My son gets paid to be there. I am a volunteer there, to help assist him.

The people are very good to him. I appreciate the way they respect my son.

Out of appreciation for the attitudes of his co-workers. I catered lunch today.

I am somewhat of a chef, own a food truck and enjoy cooking.

We had a wonderful lunch today. Pecan smoked (for 14 hours) pork butt, my special made barbeque sauce, homemade cole slaw, baked beans and sweet cornbread.

I managed to run out of mayonnaise early on but had some fresh eggs and oil so I whipped up some homemade mayo to finish off the salad.

        haha...cooking..im worst in cooking than writting no time to explore this skill yet...but i guess by looking at all the nice recipe and food on steemit will be useful next time when i explore cooking hehe
