On EOS network new users has to pay their minimum (3.2Kb) RAM to create an account. This is not the case in TELOS for the first million users. As a developer you will have no friction in creating new accounts for your first users.

Unlike in EOS that all software MUST be open source, TELOS allow developers to deploy privative software. This doesn't mean code is not visible, it still can be audited but is allowed to be copyrighted.
