Is Hemp Tea legal in your state?
Hey there we startet this week to sell our first product in germany. It is just hemp tea with under 0,2% THC, because this is legal in germany. I know in austria it is legal up to 0,3% THC and in Switzerland it can have 1% THC :o.
So I ask because we want to start to sell our hemp tea to other countries.
My question: Is Hemp Tea legal in your state?
My next question: Should we also accept STEEM and SBD for the Payment?
What is your opinion?
nice! First where do i get my hemp? And do you grow it in Germany? Do you need a license or something for growing hemp? Cheers ^^
hey :) We grow in Germany and Lithuania and we need a grow licence and an analytic certivicate about the THC levels.
I heard that CBD from flower isn't soluble in water. have you heard that?
no it is soluble in alcohohl, butane, and fat
that the reason why you have to put a little peace of butter in your tea :)

We worked for now 2 years to get al licences. Thats the reason why we just now start selling our first product ^^

Yeah, you probably need a license, can you imagine if people were allowed to grow this willy-nilly?!

You could export it here to The Netherlands @tante.emmas.weed but I think it might be already available as The Netherlands are quite liberal when it comes to weed-products :)
Yea with the netherlands we can't compete xD Our THC grows for our content where made in the Netherlands ^^
xD when i was in NL for holidays we camped next to a hemp field :D i think as the Germans would say: ,,der Zug is abgefahren''. Hemp growing is quite popular and will gain momentum in the following years outside of NL but the market especially in NL is already saturated.
Australia is 1.35% THC, there's only 42 licensed growers here for industrial commercial hemp which is pretty much nothing compared to other countries. Pretty sure only pharmaceutical companies control the cannabis industry here.

How do you guarantee that it doesn't exceed those very low limits? Do you use a mother and clone off her after you flowered once and tested the flower?
No the eu have seed banks and we have to take the seeds from this bank. This have to be strains they are listet in the eu-varietal catalog. And after that our harvest have to be analysed by an lab.
So if your product has anything over that what then because seeds aren't guarantees of genetics and variations occur naturally obviously.
These are our guidelines. So we have to buy every season new seeds, because it is forbidden to use the own seeds in the next grow.

No the actual harvest have 0.05% THC.

The majority of the states in the US are legal for Hemp CBD products. It is legal here in Oregon and we have been selling all over the US. We plan to start shipping to Europe and other parts of the world!
