Since, I do have video evidence and a witness, luckily, I hope the charges get dropped. It's scary to think how bad they violate you if you don't have witnesses or evidence :(
Thank you! I'm currently just clogging up the court system lol. I have to go back on March 28th (hopefully this time with legal aid). I got my disclosure of the incident, and there are some blatant lies that I have evidence against, so it looks like we may be in for a ride ;)
