Indoor grow transplant from small pot to larger.....Issues that arose.
So today we needed to transplant and it is a good thing. The wife told me that the plant was weeping and I was like well yeah, the lights just came on and I did not think much of it. The issue on that is by 3pm, it was still weeping. Weeping is when the plant is not sprung up like usual, it means that all the stems and leaves are dying. Oops. Well so it was a prime time to transplant. So we got a larger pot, its final to be exact. Grabbed one from the stack and I like to have all clean items, so we cleaned it out with soap and water, making sure to clean off all the soap.
So now we have a clean pot to start with. We dried the pot and put in our coca and soil mix, making a hole in the center, not all the way down just enough to make sure the plug from before will fit.
Now I did not take a picture here, because I was doing damage control, but gram the plant by the stem base and gently twist and put, imediatly put into the hole and cover. Then add fuel mixture, which is stated here Feed Mixture. Now since my plant was withered or weeping, I removed the timer and left her on 24/7 as well feed 3x a week. Today she is back to full strength, but had to remove some leaves that were too damaged to save. By doing this, the plant will work on the new leaves and forget about trying to repair the old ones.
So I started saving milk jugs, because I will have to feed 3x as mich to make sure that she does not have issues like last time. She will start to grow more and get bigger. I will have to extend the veg cycle, because of what happened. See everyone now knows that even those that have grown alot in the past, still have issues every now and then. Its just a way of learning. My mistake was that I watered on Wednseday and did not bother to look at the plant until Saturday morning, where the plant was to be watered friday night. Good thing I caught it....things could have been much worse.

You can get root bacteria and fungus that will starting rotting the roots and base of the main stock underneath the soil where you cannot see. They sell stuff called mycostop that helps, also a very diluted amount of food grade hydrogen peroxide will help as as well. See the problem is that the roots are not getting the oxygen they need to keep a healthy environment! I am glad it turned around could come back look for wilt of course.
Hey whats up @chackett! Good catch, a transplant does wonders! How big is the final destination pot? Also I was wanting to ask you if you use molasses, if so when do you incorporate it? And man ive still having a damn cal mag issue and was wanting your 2 cents, stop by and see my last post to see what im talking about.
lol man u shoulda seen the plant i had that was tobacco that was root bound in the rectangular pot it literally made a perfect shape of the rectangle even the litte half circle holes! in the middle i was like wow!
