Even when rules wasn't mentioned, will you power up 2 steem and expect to collect 7 steem? How does powering up 2 steem help build your account not to talk of supporting other newbies trooping in to the community everyday. We want to build a strong and supportive community and we can't do that on our own. We need community members to help us do that by building their account.
