about the recipe and how I spent my whole day with you. But I'm trying to change that now,
and today is the first post where you can see a different kind of thing. I'm going to talk to you today,
about some foods that are high in calcium, so first of all I want to say that calcium is in our body.
Calcium is very important, especially for women. If they have a deficiency of calcium in their body,
then at one time their rate becomes very soft and various diseases like osteoporosis,
are one of the most common diseases. That is why I have calcium for you now. I will name many foods.
And I want to tell you a little bit before you start the post that you will never see the recipe in my post again,
