Its all bullshit. Bitcoin is going to get swallowed by alt coins that have their own dex exchanges. BTC is basically a vanity token at this point. You don't need BTC to buy alt coins anymore. Coins like EOS and ETH and to some extent even steem have stable coins as well as social media and gaming dapps.
Bitcoin is going to drag the entire market to very low levels and its going to crush everyone who doesn't begin running their dapps like a business.
You know what needs to happen? For people to stop tethering the price of altcoins to Bitcoin. One we're all free of this ridiculous connection, the true power players will be able to actually do what they want.
