No Wasting - Making Use Of Left-over Food

Now-a-days with everything being so expensive you need to know how to budget or recycle even food.
So for lunch I had fired vegetables with ground meat. All you need is a little ground meat and stir fry with onions and garlic. Add seasoning. . Then carrots, sayote, green bean and cabbage must be sliced in strips or cubes whatever you prefer. Then also some bean sprouts washed carefully.

Saute the ground meat with onions and garlic. Add seasoning and when brown, add the bean sprouts first, stir fry for a while,. Then add the carrots, sayote and green beans. Just continue to stir fry but no too much so the veggies will still be crispy. Add the cabbage last then before serving put a little oyster sauce, depending on the quantity of the ground meat.

It was good, but since there was left-over we used it for dinner. So for dinner we drained the extra sauce. The beat 2 eggs and just a pinch of salt. The add the left over ground meat and veggies. The cook as an omelet.

So nothing goes to waste.
