There are a lot of stress and struggles in life so much that can make us live suffering or die prematurely if care is not taking. The challenges in life is no respecter of class, both the rich and poor have their own share of the troubles. No one is completely free from either from stress, worries, dangers and so on. What matters and sustains is how you adapt to these situations. Yes, really it is not what happens to you that makes you but your reactions to what happened create the gap.
To live happily and successful, the following simple yet great ways of life are imperative :

1. Make sure your heart is free from hatred. No matter how much you are offended, learn to Forgive. When you forgive you are not only making peace with the other but you also free yourself of the burden. These burdens can weigh you down and slowly destroy your sense of judgement and push you to a corner.

2. Worry about nothing. Most times we worry too much, we are so anxious about tomorrow, about, our job, relationship etc. Even what people say about us worries us. Do you know that most of the things we worry about never happen. Learn to commit everything to God and be happy. The Bible says cast your worries upon Him for He cares. If you want to be happy stop worrying and start living.

3. Learn to appreciate what you have. While you make effort to improve and get higher, live simply and appreciate the ones you have, be contented and stop comparing yourself to the next person. A lot die prematurely because they want to be like others, they are never appreciative of their lots. Value what you have and be contented and you will see yourself happily forever.

4. Give and give more. If you want to be happy in life, learn to give others, make others happy and you will see the tears of joy naturally flowing out of your eyes. Yes, a trial will convince you, go find a poor child and support with anything no matter how small. you will be glad you did. 5. Always expect less from people but more from yourself. Never ever expect too much from any man no matter who he is to you. If you expect more and never got you may crash and lose hope entirely. But when you expect less from people, nothing will surprise you. Their failure or success in helping you will not affect your state of mind.
