Week 67: #introduceyourself Curation Post

The last Introduction Curation post of the year and I am happy to say that I did not miss one in all of 2019! Although the approach has changed over the year given everything going on in my life that limits the amount of engagement I can have on daily basis, I am happy to continue to highlight great new Steemians seeking the potential of our great community and ecosystem. I have seen how the focus on new members of the community has become a great way to curate in general as the amount being rewarded for high quality introduction posts are probably as high as I have ever seen. It would be interesting to see if this has served as motivation to remain active by posting and engaging after their first post.

New users become the foundation of the community as they are best way to market the ecosystem over time. Attracting more users given the experience of others is a path to a sustainable and active community. While onboarding remains challenging, I know that a few groups continue to have it as a priority to improve and deploy the correct education and learning to guide new users in their journey here on Steem. My personal journey continues to expand and be my favorite thing to do when I have time. Living and breathing Steem becomes a way of life very easily as our interactions continue to broaden with many projects that become available. I continued to be encourage by this experience and opportunity!

I hope this to be an evolving process to the benefit of the community so please continue providing feedback to support these and all the new users coming to the platform. I am looking forward to more new users coming and engaging with the community to solidify the social aspect of the #STEEM blockchain.
