15 essential tools that will get you out of trouble at home

Today Alex got up and decided that it was the perfect day to finally hang that beautiful picture for which he sighed for a long time and that he finally bought and takes two weeks in a corner of the room. He goes to the "drawer of the Tereques" where he keeps everything to find the necessary tools and do his small household tasks, but he realizes that not a hammer has in his home.

perhaps, it has happened that on more than one occasion that by a simple arrangement has had to pay too much and all for not having the hand a  "Kit" of tools.

Does this look familiar to you? Usually, in the home is not given much thought or priority to have in your home a "kit" of tools. However, having one well-equipped and in tune with your skill level for these purposes is an advantage that can mean saving time and money. Even maybe you won’t find someone for your small task.

Having basic tools in your home does not mean having a workshop, because there are few you need to have to perform almost all repairs in your home. Regardless of your level of experience such as  "Handyman ", it is recommended to have the following to have your "kit " of tools per day:

1. Glue - Many things that break in the home can be easily reworked with a good stick. This is used in the materials that were broken. There are some type of Glue, For example, wood glue, glue for cardboard or paper etc.

2. Teflon Rolls -This adhesive tape is used to prevent water leaks or leaks in the connections.

3. Electric Tape roll - better was known as the ' Black Tape ', which serves as an insulator in the electrical wiring.

4. Perfect measuring tape and level to take action and verify that everything is set ' accurate '.

5. Strap or cow - ideal to have all the tools on hand to be used at all times, saving time while helping to keep your tools in order.

7. Silicone to seal edges.

8. Screws with expansions - the most used expansions in the home are those of 3/16 and 1/4.

9. Fixed wrenches - also used for tightening screws and nuts. These come in different sizes and are very resistant.

10. Hammer - one of the most necessary tools in the home. For a simple job at home, you only need a medium one. (A practical tip: to prevent the wall from being damaged when removing or placing a nail is to place a piece of cardboard underneath to protect the wall.)

11. Blade or  "Utility Knife" - useful and necessary when cutting most of the things you need to repair in your home.

12. Pliers - It is very useful when attaching, bending and cutting pieces of different materials. There are a wide variety of pliers and their characteristics depend on their use. This tool also cuts all kinds of wire or cables and is often used to make floral arrangements at home.

13.  "Duct tape " - A grey-coloured tape that serves almost everything in the home, from glueing objects, arrar pipes, or repairing drains from sewers.

14. Drill - This tool ceased to be something heavy and strange. Today it is light, wireless, comes in fun colours and when you learn to use it you realize the many uses that can be given at home.

15. Adjustable wrench - Mounting tools used to tighten and loosen screws and nuts. These are graduated according to the size of the piece, so it allows to hold, tighten and loosen all types of screws or parts.

Another product that should not be absent in the home, but that does not fit in the toolbox is a staircase. Choosing it must be a careful process, it must be a ladder suitable for your weight and height to avoid falls and accidents.
It is also convenient to have a small staircase for the kitchen, to easily reach objects placed in high places.

A bottle of penetrating oil is also useful. There's often squeeks or frozen hinges that need attending to. And perhaps a putty knife.
