 350 g chickpeas
4 cl of water
5 cl of sesame oil (or olive oil)
1/2 lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of almond puree
1 crushed garlic clove
1 teaspoon of spirulina powder 

For the decor:

Sesame seeds
fresh parsley 

Preparation

  1. Rinse the chickpeas and drain them.
  2. Put them in the bowl of a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend finely until you have a smooth preparation. Add a little water or oil if necessary.
  3. Taste the hummus and season the salt seasoning.
  4. Heat the blini and spread them with hummus. Decorate with sesame seeds and fresh parsley leaves.
