Don't Take A Leap If You Can't Jump

These are the most common quotes that are always used in our daily life. In the first place, why all these quotes,how are they relevant to us, what are their impacts on our day to day life or are they just well constructed wise sentences just to inspire,motivate and keep us thinking what they really mean?

On a well serious note, quote or wise saying or parable as it may apply to you are not ordinary sentences but I believe its just to keep us going,put us on the right course as the case may be.
However,let take a critical look at my recent quote

"Don't take a leap if you can't jump;You may end up in a ditch"

This could give different meaning to people. It sounds precautionary, to the wise fellow, it could mean to be conscious or be careful when putting up or carry out a project or assignment, decision etc.

As the originator of this quote it brings me to the line of understanding my ability,knowing what I am cut out for,knowing my strength and equally my weak and weakest point in life. So in order not to see myself at the wrong side of situations, its better not to even role out Event or onus I can't properly handle because it may possibly back fire.

Inaddition, let me simply put forth some consequences that might possibly arise if you take a leap when you can't jump

1. Lost of time and resources
2. Injuries or fatal accident is preeminent
3. You may be counted incompetent as you couldn't just delivered what you said
4. You may loose your credibility as a person and may not be trusted
5. You can be Considered not to be truthful and not sincere.
6. You can be counted as one those who talk so much about a particular subject matter but deliver so little in the same subject matter.

Now,You have to understand and be matured to know on what to say Yes to and No to. It takes your understanding and knowing your worth and possibly your capacity to actually figure out if you can take a leap or a bite on the current circumstances mounting up before you.

Please don't misunderstanding me because I am not against being adventurous or being courageous to face your mountains; but there are lines you dear not cross because you are not mature yet to cross; which is the bottom line I am trying to portray on this write up. So once again "Don't take a leap if you can't Jump...". In addition,what does this quote means to you.
