Bizarre handmade cycle

I was at the Kurultaj in Bugac last weekend. I didn't take too much photos, because I was rather talking with my friends and singing, drumming together. First day I saw a very strange cycle. It's hard to imagine how one can ride such a stuff. Have you already seen a similar one?
