Eternal Glory

2 Corinthians 4:17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

Life is full of light afflictions. It's important to understand that as long as we are on earth, afflictions shall arise. At times it could be rejection, denial of right, sickness, lack, hatred, among others. One thing about this afflictions is that it's temporary and seasonal in nature, thus it shall pass away. Don't be distracted from looking unto Jesus because of afflictions. Don't compromise your stand for any reason, for the Egyptians you see today, you shall see them no more.

The afflictions are for our good because it is working for us a far more exceeding weight of glory. There's a glory ahead that is beyond our imaginations. Stay steadfast, for the glory ahead is worth waiting for. Eternal glory belongs to those who stand firm in the midst of afflictions.
Afflictions are anything we suffer though we don't deserve it. If what people are doing to you is because of your poor attitude, you are not afflicted.
Separate yourself from sin, live a holy life and you shall inherit eternity with Christ.

Heavenly Father, thank you for taking us to the place of your glory. Please help us to be consistently steadfast till the end, in Jesus name. Amen.
