WHY YOU SHOULD LAUGH

A beautiful day to you all steemians. I have been attending a class where we are taught how to make the most out of life.

One of the lectures that struck me was talking about laughter - Being joyful and happy. Being joyful is a state of mind. It does not come from the external. Joy is that feeling of happiness you get from your heart irrespective of the circumstances.

One way to know that there is joy is laughter. Laughter is contagious and it is food and medicine to the body. Laughter nourishes the skin and prolongs life. It acts like medicine to the body by helping it to fight back sicknesses. It keeps you in a good mood all day and you are at your best at your work. Ideas just keep flowing form your heart because there is something from the inside that nature responds to. Joy and laulaughter.

You want to experience it, try it out today, just take a little time to laugh out loud and be happy all day. You'll find out even to forgive a wrong done to you will not be a problem.

Laugh when things go wrong rather than frown. Let your heart be at peace, it will calm the nerves and stabilise your blood pressure. Those who find it difficult to just laugh as simple as it may seem are calling to themselves sickness and bad circumstances. The frown will not change the situation for you. It hurts you even more.

13A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance:
But by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken. (Proverbs 15:13)

15All the days of the afflicted are evil:
But he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast. (Proverbs 15:15)

22A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: But a broken spirit drieth the bones. (Proverbs 17:22)

Anything drying the bones is there to kill not to make it better. That is why we should also put smiles and laughter in the heart of others. For every frown or sad face a cell at least has died. Hence the more sad faces the more the cells are dieing.

Laugh out loud if you want but be happy and joyous from the inside, not because of material things because it is a way of life.
