Indonesia sent two representatives in the semi-finals of the Fuzhou China Open 2018 on Saturday (11/10/2018). Two Indonesian representatives who escaped came from the men's doubles sector, namely the pair Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo / Marcus Fernaldi Gideon and Mohammad Ahsan / Hendra Setiawan.

Hendra / Ahsan won through a three-game battle against Satwiksairaj Rankireddy / Chirag Shetty (India), with a score of 21-11, 16-21, 21-12. While Kevin / Marcus went through a fierce match against Kim Astrup / Anders Skaarup Rasmussen (Denmark), with a score of 22-20, 21-17.
In the semifinal round, the two Indonesian pairs will face the host representative. Kevin / Marcus met Zhang Nan / Liu Cheng, while AhsanKHendra challenged He Jiting / Tan Qiang.

The 2018 Fuzhou China Open semifinals will take place on Saturday (11/09/2018) starting at 13.00 Fuzhou time, or 12.00 WIB
