Hard work is an act of diligence in focusing to achieve a stipulated task. Hard work is referred to as an act whereby someone is diligent and puts effort into doing and completing Tasks. success or vision to be successful in the prime reason for hard work. no one can deny the fact that every individual desires to be successful in life. some argue that every individual desire to be successful in life. some argue that hard work and determination are the key factors in accomplishing a goal. One thing is obvious, no matter how intelligent and healthy one is, hard work remains paramount in the attainment of success.

To achieve success, one must keep trying and keep struggling untill he perfect his art. Thomas Edison failed approximately 10,000 times while he was working on the light bulb and yet he did not give up. This is hard work and determination to achieve success. Success is measured with the mount of hard work you put into the number of obstacles that you overcome to reach your goal.

WHY WORK HARD, IF THERE ARE SHORTCUTS?

The good thing about working hard is, people ho driven towards their goal can enjoy their hard work and consequently, the work does not seem unduly grueling to them. When you begin to work hard towards achieving success, make sure to work smart too. An intelligent working technique, along with relentless effort will go a long way in helping you achieve the success that you desire.
Nothing in this world comes easy, let alone, success. Take the example of Abraham Lincoln who worked hard, without ever getting discouraged of his countless failures, from the age of 21 till the age of 52, when he went on to become the president of the US. Again, it took Noah Webster 36years to compile his webster's dictionary.

Therefore, you need to remember that there are no short cuts to success. Hard work, supported by an intense desire to struggle and achieve success is the only sure way of reaching success that you have always wanted.

In conclusion hard work can make us successful and happy. All great men of the world worked hard. They never bothered about the nature of the work. You can not go through life expecting that people will do your work for you, you need to take charge and work hard.
