This is the second part of my visual identity and how it can increase your sales series. If you haven’t seen the first part yet, you can check the post here
In this part, I will be continuing with the other visual identity elements and how they can help you make more sales. For this part, I will be focusing on products/services how it can greatly affect how much sales your business makes.

How can unique products/services help increase your sales?

How your product/service looks is a very important visual identity element that can greatly increase your sales.
Having a products or services that strictly represents your brand is a great way to stand out. Take for instance, the Apple products and designs only belong to Apple, which makes it easy for their target customers to quickly recognize their products anywhere anytime.

Vehicle manufacturers are another example of how to have products that are strictly for your brand.
As a small business, you can ensure that the products you create are unique to only your business, this will set your business apart from the crowed.

If you are into buying and selling of other products, you can also have a specific way to deliver the products to set you apart from the others who are also selling the same product. By doing this, your customers will associate that specific product to your brand.
We can go on and on for products, let’s also touch also on services… A service provider, you can ensure that your services are unique to your business. Every services your business does, should be unique and consistent. This way, your customers will associate that specific type of service to your brand.

Not only does having a unique product great in creating an identity that portrays your business, the packaging and how you present your services is also another important one.

The way you package and deliver your products matter a lot when you are trying to create a specific visual identity for your business. The way Apple presents their products and the way people purchase their products show how important having a visual identity is. Companies like mc Donald’s is also another example.
There are businesses that run services who have specific ways of rendering out services to their target customers, that are unique to them alone. The good thing about this is that, your target customers will always associate that with your business and that will help your business stick to their memories. The more your target customers remember your business, the more likely that they will be recurring customers.

In summary, having unique products/services or presenting your product/services in a unique way will help make your target customers associate that with your business and that will help make your business stick to their memories. Like I said earlier, the more your target customers remember your business, the more likely that they will be recurring customers.
