Commenting on HF 20 Bug Transaction broadcast error.

With the HF many users are still getting a few glitches here and there.
The day without steemit for most of the community
Waiting for this post is as an example, and commenting as well.
Even powering up did not work without resource credits.
You just need to wait for the resource credits to allow you to post

Summary you will see a message like this
User needs 20736323374 RC. Please wait to transact, or power up STEEM.

The number will slowly decrease over time as the Resource Credits are allocated. It may also increase as mine has if the blockchain is busy which means people are posting to steemit or you try pressing the post comment button without sufficient credits.

It brings questions about the load capability of steemit into question in the future.

The reason should look like this

Your transaction failed to process
Why? You've run out of Resource Credits

Wait until the network usage decreases
