Yesterday(10/18 00:00 - 24:00, UTC+0), bitcoin price recorded its starting as $61553, its lowest as $59860, its highest as $62787, its closing as $62037. Bitcoin tries to rise after the start of Monday, peaking at 07:30, then dropping sharply by around $3,000, reaching a low below $60k at 13:00, then rebounding sharply again, rising $2,500 until 16:15, and ending at 0.8% up.

Looking at the 4-hour chart, btc fell below $60k again following the previous day, then immediately rebounded to support $60k, and it is very positive that the moving average line is aligned and btc continues to rise. This move is a typical uptrend market by which the ongoing uptrend angle is maintained on the daily chart as well.

According to news from the cryptocurrency industry, it is said that Russian President Vladimir Putin said that "cryptocurrency has the right to exist and can be used as a means of payment". Russia, which had a policy of banning cryptocurrencies just a while ago, is also changing its stance on cryptocurrencies in a positive way. Now, it is correct to believe that no other country in the world has banned cryptocurrencies other than China, which is interpreted as further growth of crypto market cap.
