Imagine a sunny bouquet of dahlia flowers in water here! No pics are loading for me, so you will have to envision all of this!

The bouquet is in an old mayonnaise jar with water; flowers the color of reds, oranges and yellows varying in size of 3-6 inches in diameter. Now for the text part of my post:

Yesterday at my ladies Bible study, one of our members grows dahlias. Before class, she got 12 jars and filled them with water. She then went to her garden and created 12 bouquets of flowers-one for each of us!

Then, I realized she had to load them all in her vehicle and get them situated so they wouldn’t spill or fall over!

Then upon arrival, either she had a special cart or knew of one in the church, and offloaded the bouquets.

After study, we were invited to pick a bouquet and take it home! I then took it to the clinic because Cot has a penchant for eating flowers and I wanted to enjoy something bright and sunny at work!

Work was moderate today-we had 3 ‘no shows’. I can’t believe all of them couldn’t pick up a cell phone and call to let us know! 😡 I don’t understand people anymore! I was raised that if you said you’d be someplace, then you were short of a family emergency!

Tomorrow might be the last of the no doctor on Thursday days for a while. Back to school is on and the kids are going to need updated eyewear. 🤓

My step count for the day was 8612!
