The fight that saved the night. The main supporting bout on the undercard of the Warrington VS. Galahad fight, was an all action throwback that had a little bit off everything on display. It was a clash of styles that blended effortlessly and seamlessly.

In Zelfa Barrett, we had a guy who likes to fight on the back foot, slipping punches and countering, and in the other corner we had Leon Woodstock Jr, a fighter who believed so confidently in his own power, that he was willing to walk through flurries of punches, just to to land one of his own.

The fight had an abundance of action with a very high pace, but also also a lot of skill on show. Zelfa was feinting and using his footwork to set up traps, traps that Woodstock was all too willing to walk into, but the fight was not as one sided as it sounds.

Woodstock, would for spells throughout the fight have his successes, as he walked Zelfa down, expertly cutting of the ring and letting his hands fly at even the slightest opportunity, switching his attack from head to body, but as the fight ebbed on, Barrett slowly built up a convincing, telling lead.

In the end all three Judges gave it by a wide margin to Barrett with two scoring it 117-111 and the third by 118-110. A deserving win for Barrett, but a win he had to work hard for.
