Unfortunately I have neglected it very much in the last year and now I would like to start again to get back to where I was and even higher! I noticed the sport is lacking me and giving up was the biggest mistake ... unfortunately .. but it was a lesson to me just shaped by blood sweat and tears muscles and characters!
