Using a Pinned Post.

Facebook Business Pages are an important aspect of any company or businesses social media presence. Facebook is the biggest social media platform so having a business page is certainly key for any social media promotion.

There are many different ways of getting your message across via your Facebook page, one key feature that is quite often missed by many companies and businesses is the pinned post.

Using a pinned post allows new (and old) fans who are visiting your page to immediately see a message at the top of a page, this is ideal if you want to get your message across such as a promotion, offer or even an explanation of what you have to offer. (Although the latter should go in 'your story' section') Using the pinned post should be used wisely and if it is a time sensitive offer, don't forget to change it when it expires.
