Trump does have an entrenched deep state bureaucrats to overcome who have been there in some form since 1913. This is when the gov "gave" printing money rights to the banks that own the federal reserve. They buried into intel agencies where they hide behind secrecy laws. Also Trump has to deal with NSA priism and signals intel program where all comms are recorded and mined. Armies of analysts accessing this is quietly working to undermine his efforts.
This guy is right to be concerned with Trump's prospects.
