International day of non violence

In june 15 2007 the United nations general assembly voted to establish 2 oct as the international day of non violence.
violence is by speech, violence is by thought and physical violence. If we are able to shun these negative trades world would be a better place to live.
Non violence means avoiding not only external and physical violence but also internal violence of spirit.U not only refuse to shoot a man but u refuse to hate him too.
