Capcom Announces Live-Action Mega Man Movie is in Development

Games have become a treasure trove of film ideas for Hollywood studios, and the next game franchise to get the treatment is the iconic Mega Man.

Capcom has announced that a live action Mega Man movie is currently under development that will be packed with action sequences and currently has the working title called 'MEGA MAN'.

The film will be directed by Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman, the minds behind Paranormal Activity 3 and its sequel, and will be distributed by 20th Century Fox.

The film is currently in the early stages of development and a release date is yet to be announced.
