change my diet.

for a long time a have not been happy whit my body almost to a hate level.
or a hate. over eating is a real challenge for me am not fat but I have one "beer belly" a few kg to heavy
but its more how a eat and its time to change it. a eat to much few times a day the wrong things
sad eating. just eating to feel better not bad things just to much of it. like just before bed time a eat 5 crispbread whit jam.

its been a annoying thing for me for a long time. going on a 6 weeks slim cure a dont believe inn. a believe in change how a eat. and moderation, exercise. now am in better shape then a have ever been.
but a feel heavy in the up hills on my bike a want to remove my belly. and feel better how a am.

a have been doing good lately but on Monday a had a bad day at work and on Tuesday a didn't go a called in sick this was my dinner yesterday. cheap prosses and chemical 400 gr of chocolate swiss roll cake.

its been a long time sins a did this last but a few years a go this was my go to meal a few times a week my advance self harm tactic.

here in Norway we have a famous food doctor called Fedon Linberg he believe in removing fast carbohydrates and Eatling smal meals more often. and a lot of green. over the last few weeks a have been reading up on him a think its possible.

a few challenges for sure money is one of them. Vegetables are expensive
and a lot of money Challenges forwards for me. a need to decide. and find ways to save money but eating good in the same time

the second is the hardest one my sad eating. this one is hard when am sad a eat. a have always done it. a eat cake, ice cream a lot of white sugar.

so a got this ide just to post here what a eat almost on a shameful list when a have a sad eating incident but also when am doing good. a need to change what kind of food a like. a always believe in the ide of doing thinks a like then its easy like with exercise. like a dont like running so a dont do it a like ride bike so a do. then its easy. a like to walk so a walk instead of taking the bus when a have the time. all the time a jump of a few stops before am home just to get a 15 min walk instead of 2 min. if you do this every day its how you get in good shape. easy, anyhow.

so my plan

  • Reduce white sugar. Don't buy cake over 150 Gr or candy over 50 Gr
    starting slow. no point to say 0 sugar. then its a fail before a have even started. but now days am actual pretty good with mine white sugar. but can always improve.
  • start making my vegetable smoothie a just to pre made them and freeze them down so a always have a few.

  • make Sorbet to just as a replacement to white sugar caving/ sad eating a ok compromise.

  • Reduce prosess meat and replace if whit a lot of vegetable/sea food

  • post here on steem what a eat a 1-2 times a week as a home work so a need to counting regardless how a feel.

  • not be hard on my self remember slow and steady win the race
