Filmmaker's Diary (The export)

Hello Fellow Steemians!!!

I'm very happy to say that, I've just came back from some incredible and overdue holidays.

So the last time I wrote about being my last day for finishing the video and the things I had left.

Good news is, I was able to finish the video. What a journey that was...

So I send my friend a message saying I'm exporting the video he should get it soon. Usually to export the master of a 5min video takes around one to two hours...

Obviously... not this time...

The exporting expected time said it would be around 10 hours... not so strange since the project was extremely slow... Every small thing I changed took one hour to process.

It ended up being a 48h problem. Again by far the most problematic export I've ever had. The all thing even crushed ... Losing it all was a possibility for some time there... not the best time...

However was able to send the video, just before leaving for vacation... great timing at least.

Then, I get an email from my friend, pointing out some things he would prefer to change. (Funny enough there is a bunch of things I would change in the video... none of the ones he mention it. hehehe)

I've already told him, it might not be even possible. It was a ninja move until the end, even to export I had to get creative. For exemple some scenes I had to export them before and then put them back in the project... and so on...

So to go back and change a few details might be a epic journey, I'm not sure I have the right shoes for.

But I will go and see what's the current state of affairs and see what is possible.

Then there is the other music video "The Forest"

Well I have a few details to work on, so I guess I'll have them finished by today or tomorrow.

So both of them are very, very closed to being finished.
