Something from my bar whenever I feel like it episode DXXXIV
Here's another car from the 2009 season. Man I got a lot of cars that year. This is another Jeff Gordon car. This one was sponsored by the National Guard Youth Challenge. This car is special for a couple of reasons. The first one is obvious. It is autographed by Jeff Gordon. Just under the autograph on the right side of the window you can see some small letters/numbers. This is a sticker they put over part of the autograph to certify it is his. Some of these stickers contain DNA so they can't be duplicated. Not sure if this is one of those. They also did this with the ink at one point. The other reason this is special is the color. Most of these cars have the white/green flames on the back. This one has a dark back and sides. It also has a different pattern on the sides. Not flames. The box says Black Label. No ides what that means.

Nothing that probably wasn't bought in a thrift store. Took most of that stuff down for NASCAR stuff.
I did a series of NASCAR paintings 10 years ago and donated them all to charity. I am doing some more motorsports paintings this year. Here is a F1 painting I did when Kimi won his first race with Ferrari.
