Make an attempt

Each time you are having an opportunity to do something you have never done before or something you don't think you can do. Don't just conclude by saying I can't. Give a trier, it might turn out to be something you can do. The reason why you think you can't is because you have never tried it before or because you don't understand how it operates. If their is a need for assistance for you to understand it's operational system, don't hesitate to seek for help. But don't just conclude that you can't.

A lot of people have missed life opportunities as a result of saying NO to things like this. I'm not saying you should lie, or that you should be deceiving people about what you can't. But, you should understand the fact that the reason why you think you can't is because you haven't tried it before.

After giving a trier and you find out your can't, then you can go ahead and say no. With that. It is more appropriate to find out you can't trying than to just conclude without a trier..
